PHASE ONE: You schedule your FREE consultation call. This call is to determine if our services are a good fit for your business and ensure our expectations are mutually aligned. If we decide to move forward, client schedules their intake call for their desired VIP date and receives access to their member portal. This will be where we track all stages of the project. Once the call is scheduled, you will be prompted to complete a comprehensive questionnaire before the call which will give our agency a solid understanding of your business focus for that month.
Before the intake call, we ask that you carve out 1-hour of your time and upload all necessary assets and photos to your portal to help us personalize your feed according to the storyboard strategy for the month, ie. Are you: Pushing a new service? Prepping audience for holidays? Introducing an education component? We've got your back.

PHASE TWO: Your VIP Day is here! Our Intake Call. Over the next hour, we'll review your submitted assets and business focus for the month. The goal after this monthly intake call is to be crystal clear on your objectives so that we delivery content that drives messaging and positions you as a beauty authority.
